Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to 357jl — the Philippines' premier online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 357jl ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website at 357jl.cam, including all related sub-pages, mobile interfaces, games, and promotional content.

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the 357jl platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 357jl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are not prohibited by any court order, government authority, or self-exclusion program from accessing gaming services.
• You have not previously been banned or had an account suspended or terminated by 357jl for any violation of these Terms.
• You will maintain only one (1) active account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly forbidden and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 357jl reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using government-issued IDs (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, or driver's license) and may request supporting documentation before approving withdrawals or activating bonuses.

3. Account Security & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time PINs — confidential and secure. 357jl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

Your Obligations

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• All actions performed from your account — bets placed, bonuses claimed, withdrawals requested — are your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

357jl supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment channels, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.
• 357jl reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from fraudulent or unauthorized sources.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals require full identity verification (KYC) prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• Processing times vary by method, typically ranging from a few hours to 3 business days.
• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

357jl regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional rewards to eligible players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all across the Philippines. The following conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per account, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements (e.g., 30x, 40x) must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any unused bonus balance and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• 357jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

6. Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct & Game Integrity

357jl is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, macros, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players in table or live casino games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes without first contacting 357jl support.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) provisions.

357jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by recognized third parties. Game outcomes are independent, random, and cannot be influenced by the platform or any individual player.

7. Responsible Gaming

357jl takes responsible gaming seriously and operates in alignment with PAGCOR's player protection standards. Gambling is a form of entertainment — not a means to earn income or resolve financial difficulties.

We offer the following tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications about your session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or permanently. Contact support at [email protected] to activate this option.
• Reality Checks: On-screen alerts that remind you how long you have been playing.

If you or someone you know may have a problem with gambling, we encourage you to seek support. You can find resources through our Responsible Gaming page.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 357jl platform — including but not limited to the 357jl name and logo, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, design elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 357jl or its licensed content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using 357jl, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. We comply with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 357jl and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance or technical disruptions may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

12. Amendments to These Terms

357jl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of 357jl after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
